Yes NH has no sales tax. Fairly high property tax though.

How does paying cash do anything about sales tax? If i go to walmart here and pay cash, i still have to pay sales tax...

No sales tax, you sure about that?

There is no state sales tax i believe. Its why on the state border along the major highway there are massive liquor stores, on both sides.
