It has 18 grams of levamisole hydrochloride in 500 ml of solution. That comes to a 3.6% solution. I dosed with 1 teaspoon for every 10 gallons, which was the lowest dosage I found online. Fish are doing ok today, but I plan on doing some big water changes in the next few days. Honestly, I didn't know what else to try at this point. Nothing was working and I knew that the callamanus worms would kill the fish eventually. I've been treating the tank for about 4 weeks now, and I've only had fish in the tank for five weeks! Not a good re-introduction to the hobby.
