Can't find any pics with the Scombs in the mix. At 1 point in time I had 4 Payara species together.....Scombs, Tats, Armatus, and Rhaphiodons..... The Scombs always hung out at the surface.... They mysteriously died without any sort of wounds whatsoever and very full bellies at about 6-7 inches. All other payara in the tank were acting normally. Once the Armatus was about 2 inches larger than the Tats they had to be seperated. The same held true with the Rhaph. As long as they were somewhat similar in size (give or take a few inches) they were fine. Tats and Rhaphs worked great together.

First pic is of 5 Armatus. The rest are a combination of Tats, a single Armatus, and a single Rhaphiodon.
Now you need to send me some of your Armatus :naughty:

HHHmmmm..... This reminds me of a situation a little while back.... Someone had thier prized Armatus killed by tankmates. He found a fellow MFKer that had 3. When that guy was asked if he would sell one I believe the reply was No. Not willing to part with one and in fact I am looking for more....... Then you were wished best of luck in your Armatus hoarding.... LOL :) If you didn't allready have 3 I would man!!!!
