I purchased a small one the other day and so far it is eating small guppies and rosies.I'm wondering if anyone has had any success getting them off of live feeders at a small size.

still pissed off he killed one of my gatf though. Can't believe he thought he could swallow something big as him, as i pulled the gatf out of it's mouth i could tell it was physically impossible for it to eat the whole thing.krichardson;4998138; said:Pretty good growth in a short period of time.I should be able to put it with my growout dats in no time...Sorry about your Goliath.

Youre best bet is to slowly wein them onto pellets by introducing them into their diet in a dead feeder fish, slowly decrease the feeders and increase the pellets.
Otherwise you need to just starve them till they take the pellets, they will eventually! Also you need to stick to your guns, one or two feeder fish and the cycle starts all over again haha.
