Coat the back of his shell with iodine solution and let him dry for a few hours a day.

Well I decided to go see a well known reaptile and exotic animal vet. It's the best I can do for this little fella. Since it's the long weekend though here in Canada I'm going in next week. If he has lasted this long he will last a bit longer. I will continue to treat him with salt, high temp and nice clean water.

How is your FRT now? Is he doing better?

I don't think they can be out of the water for a few hours?
You did well in not lissening, that could been letal. Do what shells and scales already told and keep the water sparkly clean. He should get better in no time. I also had great results treating litle guys with tetra general topic (it works better then fungi stop). Treat your turt in a separate bugget or keep on with the water changes.

Yes and thanks for asking, she is doing great. The shell rot is all gone now and I'm seeing good results in her. She has grown larger too. I'll update when I have time, I'm busy with my salt tank.
