Calling ALL GAR Experts! Gar Hemoroid???

What's wrong with this gar guys?? If you notice, these pics are of his anal fin area. There's like a white thing coming out of his anus. It came out about 1/8". It ain't going back in or coming out. It may be it's intestine or something. Anyone seen this before? Any help or suggestion?

dang, that avatar is freaky. anyways, haven't changed his diet. Actually, i recently got 2 orinos and they're taking hikari fish sticks. Well, to my surprize, both my gars are taking the sticks. that's about it. They're eating market shrimp, of course now the hikari sticks, freeze dried shrimp, fish fillet, live crawdad occassionally, feeders occassionally and even occasionally will take meal worms i throw in for my polys. Main diet is shrimp tho.
