I had 2 young ones from Rapps. Both grew to about 4.5-5" and then stopped eating and died. They died about a 6 weeks apart for no reason at all. I think my water was a little hard for them. There's a picture on this thread somewhere of them. Search it and you will see. They look basically like a green and get some red spots as they get older. I wasn't terribly impressed with them. Maybe they would have got more red if they had time to mature.
Thanks Jgentry! I know some sev's are hard to get so I'll let you guys know what Im really looking for.. If any one knows were I can get a few of these's..let me know..

looks like your notatus are getting that orange/yellow on their anal fin too. mine are eating like pigs about 3 times a day. i have one dominant one who likes to chase the other two
