oh ok so the color that make u think it is not from Thai water.

First we talking fact.As CC said that and secondly you said you saw this fias two years ago and i see that this fish is not more than 4 years old means on 4+2 until today only 6 years.The Thai didn't caught even one within these time.Third,if is a real ST this fish will not be export to other country except Japan cause here there are a lot of people willing to pay very high price for that ,at this size 30+k THB is not an issue in Thailand

That's very true, hobbyists will pay top money for what they consider perfect fish here.
