yeah it sucks. part of the hobby i guess, haven't lost a fish in a long time...
 
That really does suck. I lost one of my pbass as well a few days ago (14"). It was hit by a larger male and ended up dying from internal injuries. Pbass can be agressive. Sorry again for your loss, I know how you feel.
