ok is im looking for a good digital camera that i can use to take pics of my fish but also holidays ,family events ect .
cost between 250 and 400 pound so like between 500-800 dollars

canon 400D-Many choices in this range though-
But I would certainly go with canon as a first choice and
Nikon as a second-
But it's only my opinion....

B&H photo is damn good website for all camera needs....Even sell used equipment that has a rateing to condition and feedback...excellent place to due business.....

Yeah-But they all taken with upgraded lenses....So it wouldn't be the same as the kit lense...

wow that amazing what you loooken at for the lense upgrades and whats the kit lens like ?

the 100mm f2.8 can be found new for just around the $400 mark
and my
70 to 200 Lf2.8 is just at a grand....

I dont have pics taken with the kit lense unfortunatley...Sorry

But their is many variations of lenses that can be found for good deals..Especially at B&H....
