Can 4 Oscars kill a venustus? Absolutely (one on one Oscar and venustus might be different).

Will they? Unpredictable. BUT, what's different between a SA cichlid like an Oscar and typical Malawi cichlids is crowding Malawi cichlids diffuses aggression, while crowding SA cichlids can increase aggression. Some new world cichlids, especially in a tank that's not big enough, will eliminate unwanted tankmates until they have the space or 'peace and quiet' they want-- I've seen Oscars do this (not my tank).

Can I keep 5 inch venustus with 6 inch oscars will they see it as food? Tank size is 68 gal oscars will be shifted when they outgrow

Like everyone else is saying, you need a bigger tank, but to answer your question I doubt a 6” oscar will eat a 5” venustus. But they will most likely fight over territory which could get one of them killed. If not, the stress from fighting and poor water quality will most likely lead to disease. Also if your venustus is a male, I doubt it’s color will really come in under those conditions as well.
