Can a tankless water heater be used for warming cold water during hte winter ?

Okay, yes, I was misunderstanding where the drip was dripping. :)

Easy enough to check after you get everything set up. If you have no problem...you have no problem! If you do find that the bottom remains too cold (and I kinda sorta think it will...) it will be easy enough to drop in an airline later. Do you have a central air supply system?
Yea - there will be a central ac - with sep thermostats for the rooms with the fishes/storage tanks.

Lol, I didn't mean Air Conditioning; I was asking about a central air pump to supply your tanks. I just meant that if you have one adding on an addition line to the bin would be super easy. :)

I'll have some air pumps near the tanks but if i need an air tube in the storage tank i'll have to add an air pump to the mechanical room - but they are cheap relative to the cost of everythign else....
