can a water change spread ich with a python

So can doing a water change useing a python on a ich infested tank one day then two days later do a change on another tank spread it. Should I run really hot water through it or does it mater. The hose is long and I usually have some water left in it after maitnace.

Just soak it in your sink filled with scalding hot water.

Your tank already has ich tomites. The tank temperature and the resistance of the fish to the parasite determines whether or not you have an outbreak.

I have 4 tanks and one python so I jave to use it. Will running hot water through it for a few minutes help before my next water change should I make up a solution of salt and malaychite to put in it first and let it sit for a while.
