Can any cichlids tolerate brackish water ??

Does it have to be a cichlid you want? You could always go with some black mollies. They love the salt.

I went with your suggestions and decided no cichlids with the turtle, So i had to set up a 110 gallon cichlid instead

Mollys are doing great in the turtle tank !!!!
