I’d dose some kanamycin or triple sulfa. Is the tank brackish or freshwater?

Seems like an infection. Do lots of water changes and keep temps on lower end to keep bacterial count low, add salt, and use the meds mentioned above if it doesn’t get better

What's the temperature should I go

You gotta add salt and get the salinity up. Fish that need brackish or salt water end up getting Skin infections frequently. Would dose the antibiotic and add some salt. Add salt slowly over a could of days. Leave the temp as is.

Now is on 27c

27c is fine. You just don’t want it too hot since bacteria proliferate faster. My area is in a heat wave so my tanks are running at 31c or higher so that’s a problem. Add salt and antibiotics like suggested. Good luck

Marine salt. Add 3tsp per g. Need a hydrometer to measure the salinity.

This can’t be correct. I’m putting in 1/4 cup per us gallon to get 1.010 in our water.

It isn’t enough anymore and I need to boost the salt.
