Can anyone ID this fish??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
They are esturine fish and can survive in a number of different salinities, as in the wild, they constantly change anyway. They do do a bit better in brackish though IMO. Anyway, if you want to do some more info on them, as you don't know much, use the search, I for one have given lots of info on them in the past. Very cool gobies, the most monster species where they are found too! ;)

Really cool goby. That is an amazing growth rate, what are you feeding it?

I think they said just flakes, and maybe guppy fry.

I know the ones at petsmart never looked good, I always thought it was b/c they were in fresh. Thats pretty neat though, I didnt know that they could live in both.

Thank you all for your comments. At this time i am going to keep him how he is@ least until i get a bigger guppy tank and will be able to change it over for him. Does any know if a 30 gallon tank will be big enought for him?

the dragon gobies mouths are large, their throats are small. Mine eat frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp, and mysis shrimp. The salinity in my tank is 1.010.
