thanks guys. I have 2 of these guys, one in a 10 gal grow out tank, one in the main tank, I've heard there's a 50/50 change they'll get along, any other insight?

Provide a good amount of cover for them, and they both will get along. If there is only one good hiding spot, they will more than likely fight.
If they are the around about the same size i'd put them in the same tank anyway, as long as your tank isnt small, and there are a few different hiding places, you'll be ok. Can also help by having a big stone or chunk of driftwood or something you can put in the middle of the tank to act as a territory boundary.
