We have a local urban pond here in Reno. It has a mile of shoreline exactly, and the DFG gentlemen are ALWAYS down at my favorite LFS with Pacus that folks have dumped in the pond. They almost always think that they've got a piranha, but it always turn out to be a Pacu that got too big for someone's tank.
