Can anyone identify this fish??

OK...so I got up this morning...
I see ICH
All over my american flag fish....he must have been weak or something because nothing appeared wrong with him at the store.
I scooped him out right away....took my betta out of the 10 gallon and stuck him in there...I cant risk losing my other fish...
they all seemed to look A-OK
hopefully nothing else happens
why do you think this could be?
Possibly becaues of the environment changes etc???
I treated the tank...well both of them anyways
 
Most people assume that ick is present in most if not all pet shops, hence the need to qarnt. fish.

The stressed move from another tank probably triggered the ick!
