buy the lenght of the tail i would say it some type of teacup ray of around 3-4inch in size nice color

it could be a very young flower ray but the tail looks long

I think Tea Cup Rays are just general names given to any unidentifiable small rays right?

However most "Tea Cup Rays" we see around here are Reticulatas. But this Ray don't look like a Recticulata.

i would say the ray is very small 3-4inch it looks like it will turn out nice when it gets bigger

Yes.. it looks nice.. problem now is.. how much bigger will it get if its not a Recticulata? You dun see many really long tailed FW Rays around.
