Can anyone identify this Ray?

Flyingsaucer owner....I would agree with you on tail length and pattern but, the size does not jive at all. Castexi are large rays. Although I have never seen a new born castexi, I cannot imagine a 24" diameter female giving birth to pups that small based on what I have seen with other rays.

I honestly have no idea what kind of ray that is. The size of the pup leads me to believe that the parents would also be small.

Good looking ray. I would love to have some of its siblings.

Yes, "just" a newborn ray. :)

Also, it couldent be an antenna ray. Just look at the eyes. :)
