can anyone please tell me what these two sharks are?

my lfs sold me my sharks as two brown banded bamboos but now that there getting active and i can see and get pictures more easily i dont think that the one is, can anyone help idetifiy these guys or girls please. thanks

The one is a brown banded bamboo shark for sure.
As for the other, I've seen the dark spots on some like what you have there before, but not on adults. Usually it's the transition from the striped pups to the adult color.
 
comparing the two to eachother i have verified that the fin locations are identicle, the first upper fin i think called the dorsal fin is just behind the second lower pair of fins, the gill counts are what i seem to be able to count of four per side and in same location, and the tails both have the fins faceing down and starting with a samller blending into a larger lower tail fin. maby this will help i dont know. thanks
 
i paid $350.00 each, and i know most are going to laugh at that price much like i did after seeing them for $100.00 on the web. but my lfs wai's aquarium calgary has set me up with me my coral tank which i probly have over $10,000.00 tied up in and never left me wronged, every time i stray away from him **** goes wrong.lol. he shipped them direct from indonessa as he inssisted anything from the philopens and i know i spelt that wrong, seems to die on him and are never healthy. he insisted the cost was in the shiping not the shark. i will say they both came in healthy and both ate almost within the first two hours of going into my tank.
