can bichirs get ich?

Ich isn't a big deal, had it a few times over the 10 years or so I've been doing it. I had velvet like a month ago though, that stuff is bad. Can Polys get velvet? During it all, the Polys remained healthy while te other fish all got sick and most died.

I've had 1 or 2 outbreaks of ich because of hasty introduction, but in each case my poly never contracted it, so I guess they may be more resistant but like others have said not entirely immune.

no not me on my just had a wild weeksii had something called bichir worm but thats it .
