i would NOT recommend bleaching. how bout you take out all rocks/decor and boil them or let them dry out in the sun?

jcardona1 not sure if that would kill them. The wood was left in a bucket with no water for 2 months and they have survived.

yes PRIME will remove chlorine.
And just for the record I agree with everyone
it's a bad idea.
Ok not the bubbler will evaporate it off guy but the rest of them.

Capfull of bleach, sit for (1) day
empty tank
soak everything in fresh, PRIME water
soak everything in fresh, PRIME water again (new water)
Dry
Start tank over
You will have killed everything

Bleach is made of Sodium hypochlorite and small amounts of sodium hydroxide. Prime will eliminate the hypochlorite but not the sodium hydroxide (though there isn't that much of it). BTW when a large bio filter dies the smell will make you leave the room. Even fish friendly SO don't take it well.
Have you looked at poisoning the tank with ammonia. That may kill them off the bugs then your bacteria would take care of it and the tank is now cycled. Not sure at what level of ammonia the bio filters start to die though. Any practicing marine biologists know where this can be found.
