can cloudy water hurt the fish??

I wouldn't chance the cartridge all together but if you can get a little more (new) carbon into it that could help...

its what making the water cloudy thats the problem not the cloudy water its self

you should always have a test kit to hand

we dont keep fish we keep water and thats what always needs to be good

good water = happy fish

bad cloudy water = sick dead fish

Mine too clouded for a day and the very next day it cleared

it looks to me like the case of bacteria bloom. its ok, if it happens again it will settle down after awhile.
