So a buddy of mine sold me 12 loaches he quarantined them for me when he got them from a distributer a week ago. All is well I saw them and looked good no sign of ich.
I come home and I usually quarantine them but I know they were quarantined already so I added them to my tank. They have ich all over them and wasn't present in his home. Can ich really form that quickly due to stress on clown loaches? I'm worried about my Rays now more than the loaches. I don't want to dose my tank with salt but I can bump the heat up.
Is this normal for loaches I did some research seems like they're more susceptible to ich than most species
