can grass grow under water?

There are several choices for a grass look in a tank. Dwarf sag is probably the easiest. But it can get kind of tall. If you have a monster tank that might be fine though. But there are some shorter grass plants like micro sword or dwarf hairgrass.
Try looking around on some of the planted aquarium forum classifieds and you will find something you like.
