Channa bleheri (rainbow snakehead, dwarf species)... i have seen them with colors like yours... darker orange when older though... you will know for sure once it gets bigger!!
 
Was going to say, spec.assam. But if brucki and na-cheers say striata then they are probablly correct.

this fish was caught in the wild in Malaysia, its very far away from Assam were Channa bleheri and Channa sp. Assam live.

100% striata
 
i found some info that pointing it as C.gachua,as it was found around still water around waterfall area~~
my baby here nw growing healty in d tank~ ^0^ very aggresive~ even bite my fingers, jumping out frm d water...

small C.striata is orangei n colour~ some smaller fry i found there (but i dint bring bck) was not orange... they r dark brownies/greyish~~~

It's a snakehead for sure, some species from southeast Asia. :)
 
i would say gachua because of the blue anal fin/coloration but i could be wrong, not an expert on straitas so
