Quite a number of top end rays (5 Digits) are not pure.

They may be sold as pure, but they are not, unless some new species is dicovered in the deep river recesses of someone's ray breeding program.

this ray was some time ago for 30000$ on aquabid.
He developed very well, even if there is some photoshopping on that picture (high contrast and whiter white). Very nice galaxy royal pattern.
What is the size of this ray now?

In my opinion this ray could be a pure blood F1 or F2 Itaituba (P14) or a leopoldi x Itaituba hybrid.

I had two F1 pups with this nice pattern, but not as solid as in this ray. But the pattern can change when the ray is growing. Some rays have large spots when they are young but the size of the spots did not change when the rays grow (or the large spots split into double and tripple spots). Others have small spots but the spots start to grow after some months. I sold one of the two pups with small spots and after a year I've seen a picture of the ray and thought: "Oh no, why did I sell this beauty!"

Is there anymore such ray in aquabid now? Possible to provide me the link? 30T is ok as long as it has such quality tks in adv

I too feel it is a hybrid of some sort but either way hybrid or pure p14, it all comes down to how much you're willing to pay.

Its a beautiful animal & if it is a hybrid I hope they documented what led to this animal so they can produce similar offspring again.

Miles that ray is crazy, do you know exactly what it is?
