, i have acrylic tanks as old as 30yrs and they were built better than some newer tanks i see/own... chance of failure and worry is always there across the board . if ur worried enough 2 ask for help id say go ahead and just reinforce the 4 upright seams with #40 and or square stock to ease ur mind. in no means is it an emergency so plan accordingly for ur rays/stock and take ur time. if it were my personal tank id let it ride as i have worse condition up and running. my fishroom is in the basement tho with a sump pump so any leaks are worry free in my book and all part of the game.
