Can I get information on African Butterflyfish?

Would they fit in a 10 gallon fish tank? Thanks if you can give me information.

Wow, really? They only get about 6 or so inches, don't they? I also see them in 20 or so gallons in the pet stores, but that's no good example.

EDIT: Okay, about 4 inches I think. I doubt they need 60 gallons.

Yea, they can get fairly beefy and are good jumpers. Be sure it's covered VERY well.

Well, I've heard that they can be in a 10 gallon and that they are fairly peaceful. Although let me say, I've never had them before, but they have caught my eye more than once at the petstore.

IMO, 10gal is fine. Mine never moves. I've got him in a 55 and he pretty much stays in one spot all the time. Their looks are great, but they are certainly not the most active. At least mine isn't.

Well you could get away with one or two, lots of plants would make it feel more secure.

Floating plants, dim lights, and space to jump helps make these guys much more comfortable.
