"lace synodontis" is a great cat-fish, doesn't break 10" though so idk what you want as a "large" catfish.

Asian redtail, clarius, asian bumblebee, jelly cat (apurensis, nigricauda), most synodontis, black lancer, pimelodus blochii, parachenoglanis (dwarf giraffes).

Depends whether you want it on its own or mixed with others.
