I personally think the Striped raphael catfish is cool grows to a max of 10" small predatory fish can't eat it. when you pet it. its-so-SPINY

Jaguars are nice and only aggressive with their own kind when it comes to hiding spots. They max out at 8" so would do well in your tank. As for your black lancer they're real sensitive to water parameters just do a check and if everything checks out don't feed them for a couple days and then try again.
