a stock tank would be fin in your garage, but if you wanted a glass aquarium your looking at some major money to get one shipped out here to you, and the extreme temps would explode your tank. stick with the stock tank, and if your planning on getting anything close to the stock you told me about today, then no you can't get any crayfish.

a crayfish gets to big for a 10 gallon they get about 10 inches

I'd say you need at leasstttttttt a 30 gallon for all of them. If you get a very young crayfish it would be a sufficient tank mate to those fish assuming you give ample hiding spots and feed well. However, even a 30 gallon tank wont be big enough for more than a year or so. 55g would hold them all and then some; thats my cheapest advice
