Hello everyone. I wanted to ask is it possible to keep a Pimelodus ornatus with the larger bichir species like the ornate, weekis, endlis? I know the pim gets to about 8 inches i think, he is only about 4 right now. I have had one for a while, and HE IS A TRUE SHOW CATFISh, open, swims around, eats pellets and not other fishes. So I was wondering is it possible, my ornate(5"),weekis(8"), and endli(5") are still small guys, but he is going to snack isnt he? I wont be able to get a new tank for another year for him. There in a 120 gallon, as he was really stressed in the 20 gallon i had him in. If I cant keep them together with the PIM in the future, I may just get rid of my lower jaw species and go with mokes, tegu,retros, from toylin. Already have poli, dels, I guess I can get the rest 3 from him. Please let me know guys, and always greatly appreciated. THANKS!!

Correction: The PIM gets up to 11-12 inches. So anyone know if they will be able to avoid the mouth of a full grown ornate bichir?
I wouldn't thinkg a full grown ornate would bother a 12" catfish. My 17" ornate is in with 8" cats and has never bothered them.
