Do you mean between the freshwater ray, freshwater moray eel and guppies?

no like cichlids, if you put a bunch of betta together it spreads out there aggression.

And, i don't think my eel tank has enough space for fish, its just a 400ml rubbermade container for him to bathe in, he never goes out on the land tho

Start leaving the food on the land instead of the water, he will come out when it gets hungry enough. You could also try playing with him more often, does he have a chew toy in his cage?
