i have a flowerhorn in my 125 wondering if i can put it with some tank mates like a catfish or bichir

Are you a gambling man? :) Not saying it's impossible, some people have successfully kept FH's in community tanks, but I think this is kind of rare to do successfully long-term, and personally wouldn't advise it -- my bet is you'll likely have some trouble down the road, esp. if your FH has already been in the tank first for some time, which means he's already claimed it as his territory.

Also impo an adult FH deserves something around a 100g-125g all to itself, I'm sure you already know how much waste they can produce, imagine when he's hopefully 11" or 12" long. Given their generally weak genetics and susceptibility to health issues, any advantage you can give your FH (e.g. more space/less bio-load) is a plus in my book.

right now my flower horn is 6 to 7 inch

They're not really a community fish. 6-7 inches they are still fairly compatible with similar sized fish but it wont be long before they become predators or competition of anything else in the tank.

Upgrading to the 225 wouldnt really improve his compatibility with tankmates imo. They are really just best solo or with a mate in a tank 100-150 gallons.

ok than i think ill just get the 225 for more fish also do you think its possible to put a red tail in my pond its about 800 gallons

There is no way your fh gonna welcome any tank mates now since its her own place already. There are chnaces only if the fh is added later to a tank or if a fh is small and grew up with other fish but even then it can be very nasty to them later. You can try but I am hundred percent sure it won't work out for the main reason that your fh has already claimed its territory. Any other tank mates are trespassers and will be killed.
