The parents probably all came in with some bacterial infection, or just really cruddy. Even though it is treatable, wholesalers do not recognize the symptoms and ship out this fish and within a day or two of arriving they all die.

That is what I was thinking. Some suppliers in Canada really suck to deal with

It could be something in their tanks, stress of the transport, something from the supplier...unless they had a problem with the entire lot there is no easy explanation. Maybe posting it in the right section would get a better answer though...

Maybe it was something in the LFS's water? Since the parents were in that water, along with the other guppies at the store that died? Because the fry seems to be fine in YOUR water... hmm
