Looking to see a bunch of pics of dwarf giraffe nose cats. Thinking about getting one or 2

There are catfish from 3 genus that I know of that are called / can be called dwarf giraffe catfish.

I'd recommend doing a search on Yellowcat Yellowcat posts for instance for both highly useful info and visuals.

We only had a "dwarf" giraffe catfish Auchenoglanis sp. "Volta", of which I could post pics. But they are all in our giraffe catfish thread of ours: https://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/posts/7638591

Notoglanidium macrostoma is the one I’m wondering about. I did see that thread and I watched the video too. Can’t find to much on them

One interesting thing to note...which is probably not helpful...is that all of the live photographs of N. macrostoma on planetcatfish are not really that species. The true N. macrostoma has a much flatter, wider head than those fish, which you can see on these preserved specimens:

That said, I'm not really sure which species is in the photographs.

If I recall correctly, some of those pics are of Yellowcat Yellowcat 's specimen(s), which leads me to think they must be correct but I maybe confusing them with Parauchenoglanis of his?

On PCF, many of the pic's of parauchenoglanis species are mine but none of the notoglanidium are mine, however I think most of them shown are correct though that species is easily confused with some parauchenoglanis types as juveniles. I do have 2- N. Macrostoma cats, never bothered to photo them as they're somewhat common, unlike any parauchenoglanis species that are very rare in the trade anymore. Wet Spot Tropical fish has 'em in stock right now. They are very shy and nocturnal, easy to keep, eat pellets and such, don't see mine for weeks at a time..

Yellowcat Yellowcat I'd be really interested to see your N. macrostoma. I've been researching Notoglanidium for a while now and have yet to see any convincing photos of true macrostoma that were imported for the aquarium hobby. All seem to be Parauchenoglanis or other species of Notoglanidium.
