Can I still get a refund on my hikari cichlid gold?

I got hikari cichlid gold large pellets a few days ago. I haven't used that many and I absolutely hate this food. It gets everywhere in the tank and my severum has issues eating it. So can I still get a refund if I got it from pet smart and have the receipt?

No, unless there is something wrong with it I tried this with some omega 1 food and they just said no.

you opened it. i guess you can if they have a 100% satisfaction garentee.
 
Both kikari and petsmart have satifaction guaratees. Tell them your fish wont eat it and youre not satisfied.

With good filtration, cleaning schedule and a good bottom feeding crew that's shouldn't be a issue

Just keep feeding it after starving a couple days. I would be surprised if they don't start eating it. It is good food, your fish just aren't used to it yet.
