Can I still get a refund on my hikari cichlid gold?

They eat it but I just think its too messy. Also my severum is very slow to eat but I've trained him to go to the corner but with how big these are I can't feed as much so the other cichlids get it first.

Funny,I see this complaint from a lot of Massivore users but this is my first time seeing from someone who uses a different Hikari product.
 
breaking down? unless you bought the wrong size of pellet and the fish having problem swallow those. I do feed my fish with those and only have problem of them breaking down when I bought the large size pellet and the gar have problem on swallow the whole big pellet.
 
It is the large pellet. But I don't think they have a problem eating it now that I soften up in water first.
