dude my bass is always next to the redtail's mouth he could have been eaten by now but the catfish chose not to because it understands and he only eats pellets, other than that he would not touch any fish, he even gets picked on by a pleco, COMMON PLECO, it chases the catfish around and the pleco is a little bit smaller than the catfish too but it doesn't fight back

Red tail cats at that age (when cared for properly) grow about 2.5-3 inches a month. So in a month he will be 10 inches long and you will be shopping for a new bass. I hope you enjoy shopping.
