Can I use these?

image.jpg image.jpg I put them in. They look alright, to me at least. Two pictures with two different lights on. The brighter one is a normal fluorescent bulb(those long tubes) and my led on, the second one is just my led
 
I stick with just the led for the fishes sake. they have no eye lids. I run all my tanks dim. rocks looking good!.
 
I also like my fish being able to see me and the room. if the lights in the tank are allot brighter than out of the tank the glass becomes a mirror to them,
 
I really one use the fluorescent light for when people want to see my tank, maintenance because I can see better. Now I have to go fix my Java fern, it decided to have a walk around the tank..
 
i gotta find me some nice rocks like those! found some and they ended up being porous rocks that float... lol
