Sorry, but I think you got yourself a responsible store clerk, and those are harder to come by than pregnant shrimp. I WOULD go back there just because of that.

So? It's business, I would go shopping there, sounds like a very good lfs. I paid $20 for just four Cherry shrimp and few weeks later I have 20+ shrimps from just four shrimps. Breeding cherry shimp is like breeding feeder guppies/convicts, you just add water. Was it worth? Yes!

What a rubish. I bought shrimps both for fish food and to keep. Shrimps like cherry shrimps and i do sell them from time to time if their population in my tank has become too many. I always give my customers a few with eggs and they do breed in their tank. Shrimps miscarriage...what a nonsense. They breed very easy.
