Can LMB eat this???

I live in Arizona and as you know I have a LARGE quantity of these lurking around. I catch them all the time. Can I feed them to my LMB as I catch them? I hate wasting them.

I would say as long as you chop off the stinger it should be OK. People in Asia eat live scorpion as a meal at restaurants. If you're really worried then kill them first or cut off the claws too, but all the poison is in the bulb at the end of the stinger.

i agree cut the stinger off and toss it in and see how it goes... worse that could happen is your bass doesn't eat it and you have to retrieve it from your tank... let us know how it goes

Cut off the pinchers and the stinger then cut him in half (My LMB are small) and they chomped him down! Sweet free food and a fun way to dispose of these pests

lol now all you have to do is go out on a weekend and catch as many as possible, and keep and empty tank for them, that way your always stocked up on them, and you have a new pet till you restock.
