Can lung fish go in a 40 breeder?

Protopterus amphibius gets to 2 feet long and compare to other african lungfish it got a thicker body almost australian lungfish like. A 40g is only a temporary grow up tank but not for life. Also if you do find one expect to pay high price. Second expensive to the Australian lungfish.

I will consider that African themed sound cool just what kind of decor can I put in the tank to make it look African themed I use to S.A themed

Black sand, and driftwood is what comes to mind for me, with subdued lighting.
