In your situation i would not do a WC until the ammonia got up. The last time I had one in the hospital tank i did daily WC because he also had cloudy eyes and water changes help with that. So yea there is no harm in dosing the antibiotic daily with out wc's.

Thanks a ton man. I just wasnt sure, Im not familiar with treating fish with this med.
So using this med theres no harm in redosing and adding more meds on top of whats inside already?
