Yes. But not yours in your tank.

I was thinking I just answered this? But not in you tank because they dig caves in mud banks to spawn.

most definately the long fin and short fin and the albino and brown plecos will cross breed. why? they are the same species that have been line bred for years to produce the paticular trait. Although its most likely not recommended because if you have Long fins and albinos you most likely want long fined babies

Are you referring to ancistrus (bristle nose)?
I assumed he was referring to P. pardalis and P. gibbiceps.

Apparently, as long as they are of the same family and you are able to provide the right breeding conditions any pleco will 'cross-breed'
