Can pseudopimelodus bufonius be kept im a group of 4

Hey guys my lfs just got a bunch of pseudopimelodus bufonius and I'm wondering if they can be kept in a group of 4? The approximate size of them is 4 inches and i plan on keeping them in a 36 gallon until the 75 gallon is empty.
