Can puffer fish eat fish sauce from crab or tiny bit of fish sauce food and salt?

No...since fish sauce is already in a liquid form, it's just going to "breathe" it in and will probably do more harm than good.
Since crab from salt water has salt and puffer fish come from salt water can puffer fish eat salt crab and fish sauce has fish ingredient and salt and puffer fish eat fish?
What puffer species are you referring to? Are you talking about saltwater crab? Real fish sauce should only have 2 ingredients: Fish (usually Anchovies and Salt). I think fish sauce made with crab has other ingredients in it because it's just a way to utilize leftover crab shells from processing for other products. They usually add coloring. It's probably not safe.
